It’s a way to have a senior product designer on your team without the overhead of a full-time hire. You pay a flat monthly fee and get ongoing design support, from high-level strategy and UX research to polished UI and developer handoff.
Agencies are often slow and expensive, while full-time hires require benefits, equipment, and long-term commitment. With a subscription, you get the same quality as a senior hire with the flexibility to scale or pause as your startup’s needs change.
Most design requests are completed within 2–3 business days. More complex projects (like a full MVP app flow) are broken down into smaller milestones so you see progress every single week.
Yes. If you don't have enough design work for a full month, you can pause your subscription and use the remaining days whenever you need them in the future.
We use a dedicated Trello or Notion board to track tasks. You can add as many requests to your queue as you like. For daily communication, we can use Slack, and we’ll have weekly syncs to align on priorities.
All product design work is done in Figma. This allows for real-time collaboration, easy feedback comments, and seamless handoff to your engineering team.
